Good Day,

Wondering if anyone has delt with Box Elder before? Recently ordered 120 ML 48 MG/Ml Levonic (liquid Nic) on Sept 04, waited for a shipping notice, emailed company on 3 seperate occations and today they reply that they are processing my order and will be shipped out tomorrow ( Sept 15). 11 days to process an order WTF! Requested a full refund, expect to here from them ASAP. Consumers beware!!!!!

IF anyone knows of a CAN. supplier of DIY liquid Nic let me know, because trying to get this stuff into CAN. is a nightmare!

Cut 'em some slack before shouting 'Fire!'. Many, many folk have ordered from BE (including myself) with absolutely no issues whatsoever. They have, as others poinetd out, just had a major sale so perhaps the volume of orders meant slower processing times - whatever the reason, it is very unusual.

Look where the OP lives, and then refresh your memory on Canadian law, and you will have your answer.
Not at all like processing an order for nic from within the US.

This is true, too. I do know that RTS takes some specific precautions against seizure at the border, so it wouldn't surprise me to learn that Box Elder does something similar.

hey again,

reguardless of a recent sale or not, 11 days to process an order and not replying to emails requesting order satus is bad business. i am fully aware of canadian law reguarding e-cigs but that still does not justify these kinds of processing times. it's good to see that this is not the norm for these guys and because of the forums feedback i did cut them some slack. for a retailer who strictly deals online, customer sevice and communication should be #1 priority. thanks for the feedback, ill give these guys another chance, hope my next order goes smoother!

cheers

Not to get off topic but, last year I ordered quite a few x-mas gifts online. Some took 14+ days to process. I contacted each retailer and they all said the same thing: Processing can take how ever long they want/need. As long as the shipping is within the time specified (usually 1-3 days), nothing can be done. It's not common for this to happen, but it does happen.

I had the same experience with them and I live in Tennessee, except, it took a month before I got my order. After 2 weeks of not receiving the package, I sent an email to check on the status of the order. I received no response. After another week of phone calls and 2 more emails to whoever I could find at the company, still no response! Not even a "sorry we're a little behind right now". I finally filed a paypal dispute. About a week later my package miraculously arrived. No explanation/apology/ or even a response to anything including the paypal dispute. Worst customer service I've ever experienced! You would think for a company that sells ejuice, quick turn around and customer service would be top priority. Just a little customer service would have gone a long way in my situation.. a simple response would have been nice. I will never ever order from them again, and I order a lot of e cig stuff! The OP is right. BEWARE!!!! (unless you don't mind waiting 3-4 weeks for your order)

I had an issue with BE also. I order nic from Xtreme vaping. They're not the cheapest but worth it for me. RTSvapes is also very good and is having a sale right now. You might want to call and find out what processing time is. With the sale happening there may be a wait, I don't know. Those are two good companies with honest-to-goodness USA nic. I was told by a DIY pro not to skimp on my nic. Following that advice made a big diff in the quality of my juices. Good luck DIYing. Have fun :)
