Brand new Aspire Pockex no vapour coming out?

I just bought Aspire Pockex and just came home to try it out. Not working.
I wanted something that would handle similar to a cigarette in how I could hold the vaper.
The new sales person recommended the Aspire Pockex and the juice which is Nic Salt AllDay Vapor tobacco Mint. She loaded the juice for me before I drove away. I am supposed to press the button 5 times rapidly to turn on (and again when I want to turn it off) There is no vapor coming out. Aspire website says the light turns blue when the pen is on and pink when it is off. But I get multi-colors.? I called the sales person back but I could not get any help over the phone. I have to drive a ways away to take it back and have a look over.

Any ideas what is happening and possible fix?

Yeah the power button shows a multi bluish pink when pressed. Once you've pressed it five times in a row to power on - it should then make a loud noise when pressed while producing vapour,

Maybe it needs charging?

Press the fire button.
Check the button has blue light.
Red light needs charging.
No light is off.
5 clicks in rapid succession to turn on.
Too slow and nothing will happen .
5 clicks in about 2 seconds.
I swear these things are designed by teenagers.

The new sales person

Perhaps there is your problem right there, I would go back to the store (or another store if convenient) and see if you can get an experienced salesperson explain everything to you.
They should be willing to spend a half an hour minimum, If not, definitely find another store until you get the information you need. Might call first to find out the slow hours for the business (you can also keep posting here too).
Could fill in your location, it may help you in obtaining location specific information to your question(s).
On the top right hand corner of this post you will find --"your name" next to "Inbox and Alerts"
Place the mouse pointer on your name. You will get a drop down and on the left hand side of this drop down you will find "Personal Details". Click Personal Details.
In Personal Details, in middle of screen in gray, you will find "Location" Could fill that box line in.

I think you have gotten a bunch of good ideas. Just wanted to say good luck and welcome to the forum. If it's a charging/unlocking issue, you should be able to figure it out, if it's something else, unfortunately you may have to return to where you bought it for diagnosis and warranty.
