they may be better as far as filling, but how long they stay working makes a difference.
they will tell you it depends on the juice you use and how often you clean them.

myself i will treat them like i do my ce3s.

i will see a month from release date what folks think of them,,then i'll jump in and get a couple to try.

if you have to constantly change them, what good would they be except for well healed folks, like the ones that buy prefilled cartos on a regular basis.

I like your frugal attitude:) I am going to try some right away but I do think how many I buy will be based on the price factor.

How long of this one compare to CE3 with regular dip tip? I'm not a fan of those drip tip either but I like the idea of easy cleaning and filling so I can use this to try new juice with ease or just fill and go. Also the price will be another factor of how many I'm gonna have. As of right now I have 7 CE3s in use all with diff flavor. I still need a couple more of CE3s but right now I put it on hold because of this new one.

Interesting question....

I usually use a clam shell eyeglass case to carry around my 78s with carto and drip tip attached and they fit perfectly. However, with the CE3s and a regular drip tip or one of SIs comfort tips...they're just a bit too long :(, although with the tip that comes with them they still fit fine.

Haven't figured out a new good way to carry them with the extra length.

I've been on this quest myself except fit just the ce3s and clearos. I'm looking for a small hard case somewhat leak proof that fits in a women's jean front pocket.

For the ce3s I've been using a plastic carto case from another vendor, I can fit 4 in there. For the clearos I've been using an old nicotrol case of all things, I can fit 3 clearos and 1 ce3 with a comfort tip in there. Downside is the case is a few inches taller than the clearos so it really sticks out of my pocket.

I just ordered 4 cheapo waterproof beach cases from amazon that meant for throwing ID, cc's and money in them. I looked at pelican and otter box but they both looked large from the online pics I saw. I might try a good ole altoids tin with a ziplock bag inside.

I'm like you - I like to carry 4 or 5 of them preassembled. When it was just 78mm batts with regular cartos, no prob - fit perfectly in my old 120s cig case. But now that they're longer, I might have to start looking into one of these: E-cigarette Case, Tampon case, Custom Case, Unique Case - ArtBoxz.com (OD 2"x7", 2 depths: one for stick batts and one for X2s)
...or a cheaper gutted opera wallet from eBay. (OD 4"x7", stick batt depth only)

I tend to have less spill accidents (oops, everything's on the floor again) with these push-button ones...

But lately I've been getting lazy and leaving the house with just the X2 w/clearo attached, the cord, and a bottle of juice. So if these new things coming out are as easy to fill as clearos (CE3s are too much of a hassle away from home), I'll probably just stay lazy.

But then again, I prefer driving with my stick batts, so I guess it's back to looking for a new case...hmmm, which way to go...

They're not hard cases, but those Bottle Buddies are pretty convenient (ID is about 2"x2 3/4"). A lot of e-liquid places sell them:

Hmm that just might work if I put the clearos and ce3s in there with a zip lock to deal with any leaking/ spillage. I haven't had anything really leak yet that wasnt on a battery where I could catch it, except for 1 ce3. So now I'm just overly cautious about leaking and knocking stuff around.

Btw I'm now hungry after looking at that site. :)

Sitting down, facing forward.
I used to haul around a Mega PCC, and X2 with a clearo and a USB to mini USB cable. Since I got the new case for X2s from SI I can carry all that plus 6 Ce3s, a couple of clearos, three X2s, a spare cable and four 78mms. If that doesn't get me through a day or three I know I'm vaping WAYYYYYYYYY to much.

little birdhouse in your soul
I found a hard camera case that is about the size of a pack of smokes (which is what I wanted). I currently keep 3-4 78s, 1 X2, 5 CE3s (in a pocket inside of it) and a napkin. I could probably put a cord in there but I currently have one in my car, one at my work and one at my house do I dont usually need to keep that with me. I can take a picture if anyone wants to see it.

It was funny to be in Walmart putting my X2 in the camera case and putting it in my pocket. I thought I was going to get arrested.
