Thanks for the info, TL1000RSquid and LowThudd - have ordered 10 carts of each type, and a Dripper. I think my credit card just caught fire. Spending a hell of a lot of money on vaping so far, but hope to find something that'll work for me acceptably enough to settle into it. Dripping/PTB mod is good but not perfect at the moment..

I like my eGo, but I think my juice is too thick - 65%PG/35%VG from NicFitNation. I keep having to top off carts because they aren't wicking properly, and I'm pretty good at burning out mega cartos.. all 5 of them have a nasty taste to them now, even though I tried to keep them refilled.

Has anyone else noticed this with thicker liquid? Right now I'm using a PTB "dart" in a cart, or just dripping right on the atty, but .. both methods are kind of annoying. Would like to perhaps thin out my liquid to see if it works better. Everyone keeps saying what a miracle the thing is, and I do like it, but I'm sure I'm doing something wrong and could do better.

Yes and I agree. The only thing I have had success with in the mega cartos is some 100% PG juice that I really don't care for the flavor of. 50/50 is marginally ok. I found I can only drip the 100% VG juices I really like.

Mega E-2 Ceramic Cartomizers here are the mega's not sure if these are R4 doesnt say so maybe not. Here are the regular size which are the latest revision R4 510 Ceramic cartomizors

For all the raves about these things, I just don't get it. I must not be holding my mouth right or something. I filled two with 50/50 juice I like. One flavor just tastes burnt no matter what (vanilla). The other tastes good with semi-weak vapor on the first pull then it gets nasty (forest fruit). I think they just don't wick worth crap. FWIW - I bought the XL models. They look identical to the regular ones just longer and hold 1ml of juice instead of just 0.6ml.

For now I'm not thrilled with the mess of mega cartos for when I'm out & about, but at least they mostly work. I'll definitely be ordering a couple mega attys and carts next time to try out.

I've read some similar complaints about them, do you happen to know what revision you got? The latest ones are supposedly the best but a few bad ones have slipped into the latest batch I guess some that listed as R4 but really 3.5 I only have 1 pack at the moment and they all taste fine, have 2 more packs on the way hoping I dont get any of the bad ones in that batch. I wouldn't write them off though when they work they work pretty good maybe wait till they get all the revision stuff straightend out and give them another try.

I have to go by the word of the vendor on getting a rev 4 product, and cov seems highly regarded. I haven't performed an autopsy on one to verify. I also saw where some rev 3.5 were appearing for some folks. I bought two 5-packs and put the unopened one up on the swap forum. Maybe I'll pull that and see if the vendor will do an exchange.
