Brand new T4 and Viva Nova not working?

Hello.

I am so confused! It was working all day Friday and Saturday. Then I noticed my battery wasn't charged on the Sunday so charged it up. What was weird was, I had to fiddle with the battery a bit and put it back on charge a couple of times cause it kept saying it was charged fully then when trying turn it on, the light on the button would go off straight away. When I finally got it charged (a genuine joyetech battery Ego C Manual battery @ 650mAH) neither my T4 or Viva Nova were burning, but my CE4 clearo was working.. So I'm SOOOO confused and stressed out. Help!!!

This sounds like a symptom of a lowered center post... Take a pin or staple (or something small and similar) and try to lightly lift up the center post inside the center. It doesnt take much to do this. Just work it around it from two or three sides to lift the whole center post up just a hair and try it again. Also use a paper towel and wipe the inside of this connection. Sometimes it just has some buildup from old juice and stuff.

thanks for the reply and the help! it seems my dodgy atomizers had to get their coils replaced! working like a dream now lol. i did have a mess with the battery tho and it did seem a little low. thanks again!
