Here's the thing - there are no good places to get a Genesis atomizer or hybrid APV - in the sense that none is "click and buy".
Here, on ECF, there is the
Zenesis community for one: Zen~ sells very high quality APVs with an integrated Genesis-style atomizer. He builds them and put them on sale from time to time, and it's a bit hard to get one unless you stalk that thread, and subscribe for notifications on his site. But those APVs are legendary already!
Also, there are several Genesis mods available out there, usually not easy to get either. You have to find someone who builds them and get on their pre-order lists. One site that seems to take pre-orders in a more usual fashion is the greek DID atomizer:

There are co-ops in the dedicated section of the Forum. Right now there is one in planning phase (you can get on that right now) and one that is active (the list is filled, but there is a stand-by list for people who give up some or all of their reserved units). You could also try other sites / forums, but I'm not allowed to link to them. Just search for typical Genesis atties, or for integrated mods: Orion, Katana, etc.
Also, people sell these on the classifieds section (again, you need to be verified to get there) but usually at a sorely marked up price...
