lol yah its a bottem button and it uses either 18650 or two cr123a, ill try to get some more pics up

Well now I see they now even make threaded brass parts?!? Heh, just kidding, nice one. As a fan of mechanical and brass please more details of the switch Slumg 
heres a pic of the button. and yah this things pretty heavy but im not sure if it will go thru a windshield lol but i did take out a floor tile at home today so im calling it the brass tanks mod .

I like it, the copper should have a button like yours, I really don't care for its current button. How much do you want for one, I'd like one of those, it would be great for road rage! LOL But seriously would you build another?
yah i might, im just going to use this for a while and see if it needs anymore improvements and i might build a couple and sell it on the classifieds lol

Did you use a banjo bolt(I think that's what they're called) for the button? I can't really tell from the picture.
i googled banjo bolt and nope thats not what i used. but i have no clue what its called
I'm not sure that's the name. What I meant is, the bolt threads into what looks like another bolt. Does that make sense?
I think I heard the term be for. Some one said it was a rivet and I think they called it a banjo bolt or something like that.

A switch like that can be very simple to make.
It starts with a sex bolt (there are a few names for them) and they come in many sizes styles
sex bolt - Google Search
The white nylon spacer, in this case, keeps it off of the battery terminal till you actually press (the bolt slides through the spacer). The spring obviously pulls the bolt off the batt when you release. The spacer can be made of any non conductive material.

Wow what a name lol. Sex bolt. I'm thinking of building a copper mod aswell but can't come up with a good way to keep the caps closed
