I got my 2 in this morning. First impressions:
First note, Ego type B tanks do not fit in the included hardware. The tank sleeve/holder appears to be for the type A tanks, and I don't have any of these. The post design looks greatly improved over the ego-c spikes. The wick contact area for the tank is much larger than that of the C system. I might have to order a set of Type A tanks just to try it out.
Second, one of the coil posts on one of my units was loose. It tested OK with my meter, but leaked like a sieve. I removed the coil, but there doesn't appear to be a way to snap the post back in place without trying to pop the head portion open. I'd suggest you check yours as a precaution before trying to us is. It's loose enough that it would be possilbe for the post to short to the air tube, but the wick/coil assembly prevented it from doing this on mine.
I opened the second one, and everything was fine with that one. I primed the coil with a couple of drops of liquid, then used it as a dripper. The drip tip opening is wide enough to fit a dripper bottle tip into it, making it very easy to fill.
It comes with an extra set of posts with a premaid coil and wick that's ready to be popped onto the posts. And it also comes with two extra premaid coils in addition to that one.
I filled it upright with about 15 drops. I got a little bit of gurgling, and a tiny drop of liquid on the positive battery connector. This might be due to the wick on the spike plus the liquid going thru the holes in the head to the fluid resevoir over saturating the wick. Next fill I'm going to fill on an angle and see if I get the same results. After a few draws, the gurgling stopped and there was no evidence of leaking.
Here's a couple of pics on how it looks on the lavatube and twist/ego batts:

Ok, so how does it work? Awesome and fantastic. Fantawesome, awetastic. The flavor compares to dripping on a 306 atty, but way more convenient, and no spitting. Throat hit is very nice, and vapor is excellent. The hits are very, very consistent. As much as I like the novas, this provides better flavor and vapor. Throat hit and heat might be slightly reduced as this is in effect a bottom coil design and you're not getting the vapor striaght off the coils like you do in a top coil.
I really like the Vision Eternity so far as a vaping device. I'll have to see what happens when I try to rebuild the coil. Removing the coils and replacing them on the defective unit was easy enough, if a bit of an eyetest. But for now, I'd say this lives up to the hype, if not surpasses it.
