Hey everyone so ive been vaping for around 4 years now. And in this time i have noticed a change in myself.. im slowly becoming very sluggish tired all the time, sometimes i wake up with a rapid heatbeat and cant quite catch my breath when walking up the stairs (only 26) not terribly overweight.
Through the years i have only used Grape from the patriot range at totally wicked never changed.
But ive since discovered that most ingredients in totally wicked products have chemicals which tell you they are not for inhalation, consumption etc one ingredient also is anti freeze.. im thinking this isnt a good thing to carry on with i didnt realise they was so harmful! any alternatives? input

Please book a doctors appt asap , this is not normal , especially for a 26 year old . Don't mean to scare you but i am going to be honest here , i don't think this is vaping related but i have lost 4 people in my life to a first time heart attack in the last 3 years , two were in their early 30's , one was late 30's and one was in their mid 20's .

This is no joke get checked out now.

None of us are Doctors here. Or even play one on TV.

So I would strongly suggest you get a Full Check Up from one who is.

JSYK - I have been a Member here on the ECF for a Long Time. And have Read Numerous threads like this one.

And the Vast Majority of them turned out to be Nothing Serious or even e-Cigarette Related. So I wouldn't worry too much about things. But Yes, you should Definitely go and have a Complete Check Up.

I'd be interested to know what the pg/vg ratio is of your liquid. Do you know what it is? Quite a few people have sensitivities to one or the other, or a flavoring for that matter, that causes similar issues. I'm not saying one of these is your cause, especially since it's just now happening after so long, but you never know, sometimes things take a while to show up, and everyone's different.

Im not really a doctors person lol. But i think ive avoided it to long to will go for a check up, and thats bacc just pulled this from the net as not to sure myself Patriot Range e-liquid has a PG/VG ratio of 70:30.

Nobody is a "doctors" person , but avoiding it has costs many people their lives , most people have used excuses that they feel fine but if you don't get checked out for yourself you do owe it to your loved ones and others who count on you.

Nothing worse than someone dying young when an issue could of been easily preventable if they had been pro active and not so stubborn with avoiding a checkup.

This is very very common unfortunately .

Not much for doctors visits here either. I've been to see doctors 4 or 5 times in the last twenty or so years. A broken bone, some stitches, and a couple of work related physicals.

Your liquids pg dominate, I have no negative eperiences (<-ecks key don't work:D)with that. I can get shortness of breathe with high% vg juices though.

Ah thanks Guys ive been tested for astma all clear in that department,. ive always stuck with 30mg and do vape alot. should i maybe cut down?

30mg nicotine after four years is not a good thing, my advise even if your not a doctor kinda person, it sounds like a vascular problem and should seriously seek a cardiologist and no chain vaping, highly recommend you try to lower your nic level ................

Thanks For your input Truli Yours. But i was asking more towards the chemicals in the e-Juice. and if that could be an underlying reason..i wasnt asking advice about how to treat myself. i came across some notes. mentioning how harmful these ingredients where.
Thanks Sparkky, I really should drop to around 18mg,. i will make an appointment at the docs & get some new ejuice with lower niotine levels. thank for caring though Guys :) hopefully its nothing xxx

Have to agree here, when I saw you post that you vape "a lot" with 30mg. I thought to myself seems rather high even for a heavy smoker.
