Maybe it is just STL, but local e-juice stores just don't compare to the great juices I find online. I've wasted a lot of money to find those great juices because I didn't get to try them at a local store. Having said that, my local stores have 100s of flavors for customers to try mostly using clearomizers that look like have been used for years . . . I get a headache by the third flavor I try and many times can't even taste the flavor because of that.

Just throwing it out there as a new member.

Yeah the equipment is an issue for a lot of stores. I have one local store that uses a good mod and aspire tanks with bvc coils. But other then that a lot of stores are poor and you miss the flavor.

I know their is a huge difference between the bov by boosted juice in store and at home on my subtank. My local store I go to now just let's you drip their juice and that solves all problems and makes me wanna buy a dripper though my orchid will do for now.

They usually just drip ya on 0 nicotine but some samples contain nic. Sometimes the juice is different when I get 12mg in the subtank, but that's to be expected.

Shame they don't just let you use your or provide a dripper or at least a decent mod. Or give you 1 or 2ml samples at no cost to try at home. Maybe I just have a good shop.

Hi Bogie and welcome aboard!

When looking for new flavors, you can get sample size bottles or sample packs (several bottles at a "group price") from the following vendors:

Hope it helps and Happy Vaping!

I found a B&M was really helpful ni was figuring out what flavor profiles I liked. We are fortunate to have a number of vape stores within 1/2 hours drive -- and a couple of them are outstanding. It's nice to have a relationship with a vape store; the owner of the one I most often frequent will order anything, and will price match.

My local B&M has the best juice I've ever tasted. They allow you to bring in your dripper to sample their flavors, or they have a sample of clearomizers with each flavor for those that don't drip. Cleanliness doesn't seem to be an issue, as they have a container full of the little rubber covers to put on the end of the clearomizers.
I've yet to find an online vendor that can beat the juice they offer.....Ahlusion probably being the closest. Their juice is so stellar, but I pay for it @ $19/ 30ml. On Tuesdays they have buy 2 get one free so I try to purchase my juice on that day. I buy about half of my juice online while trying to find a vendor that can beat the quality of the B&M.

I've been to at least 2 stores in St. Louis that do not match your description. Keep trying different stores, Bogie.

I've also been to at least 2 stores that fit your descriptions:facepalm: and bought juice:oops:

At least one was only $12 for 60 ml and is vapeable, just way over-sweetened. I don't know if people like stuff that sweet or if he's trying to sell a lot of coils. Once I thin it out, I'll probably get 90-120 mls out of that purchase. And that guy swore he had mini protanks on order to replace the C4s.

What kind of juice is it? I've seen some B&M's (mostly tobacco/vaping hybrid stores) with some really bad juice as their main line because they invested heavily in Chinese liquids for extremely cheap. Some stores even make them look like their own house brand. This is the kind of stuff that will give you a headache.

I used to think this was all that was available to me until finding new shops. Your best bet is to look through the Facebook vaping groups and see if you have a local or state wide vaping community to join. After finding and joining the Michigan Vapors Club, I was opened up to an entire network of B&M's juice companies I didn't even know existed. For instance, I'm vaping a local juice called Fat Tuesday from a local company called Insane Eliquid. This is some very good juice with the flavor of an Apple Paczki (polish donut).

So now when it comes to online, I will not mess with most juices because it's too much of a hassle and way too expensive for the inconvenience. If I'm not getting 120ml or 240ml at ITC Vapes and Vape Wild prices, I'm not buying it. It's not worth it to me with all the great juice I have now found locally.

My closest B&M lets you sample juices with clearos, and they have the little plastic disposable covers for them. I still haven't ventured outside the world of eGo style batteries and clearos, so that works for me lol. What DOES irk me is that when I find something I like, they almost never have it in stock. The sample bottle is the only one they'll have. They always have a house blend juice they'll try to recommend, so sometimes I wonder if they do that on purpose. I'd be happy to buy their house brand if it didn't seem so watery. On the rare occasion that they actually have what I want in stock, I'm happy to pay a little extra for it because their prices aren't that much higher than online.
