I prefer face to face interaction so supplier can see the joy or disgust on my face. The few internet transactions have been ruined by poor customer service. Just interested in quality product and treated like a human not a machine without emotions. So its brick and mortor for me.

a lot of the US vendors that are a part of the forum here (listed in the supplier section) are small and family owned...many of them are a delight to work with to resolve any issues...if you prefer face to face you can look for a bring and mortar here: VaporSearchUSA (there are a couple in el paso)

I've had great experiences so far with both. I'm a total geek so I've spent a whole lot of time on this forum just searching around. Found a great store on the shore here in CT and got some valuable tips and advice in person, and have had great service from a couple of online companies. Depends on what you're looking for, I suppose! Happy vaping!

I'm new to vaping and have gotten all my supplies online so far. I've been looking and have recently found a few brick & mortar stores near me, as well as a vape meet for South Florida vapors that I may check out. I wouldn't give up on the online stores, especially if you can get a better deal on the liquid. I've ordered from four different online stores so far and have only gotten excellent service.
