Hey everyone!
I know we've had our ups and downs, but this isn't a Sisyphyian task, we really are nearly over our little hump, and the other side of the slope is looking sunny!
There are bright things ahead, and not very far off at all.
I can't give details yet, but here are a few teasers:
Our long awaited customer appeciation sale is very nearly on us, and it will be packed with goodies! The highest discount we've offered yet! Free shipping with qualified orders! Free order give aways! And I'm still hoping to come up with one or two other good ideas to throw into the party!
This is for all of you; a thank you for sticking with us, and a celebration of all we've been through and all the future will have in store for us together!
Looking a little further ahead, on the technology front we have the first liquid flavors on order now, and are hoping to have them within 3 weeks or so. A lot can slip, of course, so please watch for updates. The new PCC is out of design, and I hope to have a prototype in 7-14 days. We have new mouthpieces on order, on several colors, and I have a couple other ideas for small accessories I should be able to bring to market in a reasonable time frame. And I am looking outside our MaxxFusion manufacturer for other new products, because progress on items I want to bring you hasn't been coming along well enough, despite all my faith in them.
On the CS front, we will very soon be welcoming a new addition to our team! I don't have details yet, but we are welcoming aboard someone who in addition to helping with CS will also be a full-time presence here on the forums who can help with CS problems, home office type issues, and questions I can't answer effectively from here, and liase with others on their own time zone to get details on things like website issues and so on.
As a bonus, this person will also be helping us with our Facebook and Twitter presence, and I will be integrating my own presence with Bloog's, and making better use of them.
On that front, I will also be revitalizing my blog, starting by moving it to Bloog's servers to get around the chinese firewall, so I can begin at least daily posting again, then redesigning it to match Bloog's theme.
And I am personally working on my time management skills to help me to not only manage all that, but to also set aside dedicated blocks of time to hanging here instead of doing it when I can, and then expanding to all the other good forums I neglect now.
(Any good apps to reccomend for that? 
)
And there are two or three more announcements which I will be able to announce soon, but I really cannot give any details on quite yet, but which I hope will please you all and give you even more hope for our future together, Blooging instead of smoking.
