I live in Brighton. It did pass. So far Im vaping as usual and nothing has changed. A bunch of other towns are on board as well. Personally I dont ever see others vaping in public so Im not sure what all the fuss is about.

Because vaping is no more dangerous than exhaled breath and cannot be banned arbitrarily. Just because the nanny staters want more control and the politicks more tax is not a reason to disparage the cure for smoking at the expense of thousands of CO smokers. Think about it: seeing ecig users vaping openly in public could have a huge contribution towards convincing smokers to make the switch. Individuals can decide for themselves whether to welcome vaping on their property.
