Dunno how many replys you will get from actual Canadians with experience here. Maybe a better place to post would be the Canadian section Canada Forum It will stay on the first page for months and any Canadian coming by with actual experience will see it.
Can I suggest diy. Nic free ejuice cost like $0.35 per 30ml bottle to make and they will charge you full price for it.

I always ordered zero nicotine from MBV and never had a problem getting it shipped here.
the diy does seem like the route to go since buying juice is getting quite expensive. I'll definitely check out that site.
So i browsed the site. Would it be as simple as buying nic base, vg and pg and then just combining the correct amounts? That seems too good to be true.

If you want 0 nic, you don't need to buy nic base. Just have to buy PG, VG and flavor. Combine those 3 in the right ratio and you have your ejuice. takes me 2mins to do.
Also I mis calculated my figure on how much it would cost for nic free ejuice. It is closer to $1 per 30ml bottle. That is if you buy the PG and VG in bulk (4L)
My end goal would be ideally 0 nic. But for the time being I'm good with 3, i haven't had any cravings so far and I've noticed I'm not vaping as much as i did when i first started out.

I can't speak for other Canadians but they are my go to websites. They do have the cheapest prices I have seen in Canada. Most the flavor brands on those sites are well known and used, some of them I never heard of though.

I got tired of buying juice that sounds good until you vape it. I spent my first 2 years vaping commercial juices, finding very few good juices, some not bad but most were YUK. I started my DIY journey by changing the taste of some of the commercial juices with loranns flavoring I found at a bargain store, realized I was onto something I began to research. There is a lot of flavors I didn't like as a juice so I didn't buy them as a flavoring so I stuck with tobacco, Hangsen to be exact since I liked the highway and desert ship as premixes. Now today a year of DIY under my belt I vape Hangsen tobacs mixed with tobacco absolutes.. nice and simple. My wife vapes a cotton candy/ desert ship blend that I figured out the other day costs me $4.95 to mix her 200mls.
Just don't turn your DIY into rocket science and you will enjoy the fruits of your labor rather than getting frustrated cause you can't duplicate some complex commercial juice.
