Just an update - incidents of broken bottles are at lower than acceptable levels at present. I think we have the "packing strategy" down pat. The 60ml bottles were the difficult part.

We have an ample supply of small flat rate boxes - as a general rule, if you order a 60ml bottle, it's going out priority flat rate.

Pleased with the progress - more work left to do (as always) - but - it wasn't as painful as it could have been.

Happy to report that we made good on every broken bottle for as long as it took for us to figure it out.

Excellent response to an issue that probably wasn't a huge issue after all. Some hiccups, yes, but I'd venture that the real problem wasn't so much the packing or the glass bottles, it was USPS and Olga's egregious maltreatment of parcels.

Maybe USPS has been looking to Guantanamo Bay for inspiration...

BOOM!

Great news, Clark! So glad you made it all safe. Thanks for always looking out for us and making it right. That's one of the many reasons I strictly do my business with Nicoticket.

Take care,
Dani

Yay!

I ordered several items from Nicoticket (4 items, 2 were glass, 2 were plastic from PP) and they came in a nice BOX!!! Very organized, well padded and everything. This is a GREAT change! Kudo's to the gang!!!
