I just received my
Bryce's Vanilla Creme Custard, as my final attempt to add the perfect Custard to my top 10 rotation
After much testing & going back & forth, I have now upgraded my 30 ml "sampler" to a 100 ml bottle
I feel that I must write my 1st review, after over 100 juices that I have tried, I have never written a single review. I always felt they were mostly written by family, friends, employees, & paid shills but if someone had not impressed me with a review about Bryce's Custard I would have never tried it, so here goes nothing ----
This will be more of a comparison than a review as these are all very good juices {all 50/50 + 6 mg nic}
Over the past year 1 have tried about 8 different Vanilla Custards & had narrowed the field down to Grants, Nicoticket's Creme Brulee, Custards last stand, & lastly added Bryces
I tested using spinner batteries, with Kranger Protank 2's with 2.5 ohm coils {all new factory}
Grants Vanilla Custard: Rated 9.0 / 10
It has been 6 months since I eliminated this one, so my memory is somewhat sketchy, But it was really smooth, lacked vapor {50/50} Seemed like mostly Vanilla {never found the egg} something off putting, eliminated
Nicoticket Creme Brulee: 8.5 / 10
I know that this should not be in a comparison thread with the others but I love Creme Brulee
At this point I had 3 tanks going back & forth for 2 days, to eliminate this one next
This is really good but I had 2 issues with it 1} It could NOT take any heat above 3.2 v without burning {1 changed the coils 2x when I just tried to sneak it up to 3.8v 2} Again the egg was very , very subtle, & found an overall weak flavor, but many others will likely like that
Nicoticket Custards last stand: 9.5 / 10 VS
Bryce's Vanilla Custard 10 / 10
This was narrowed down to a 2 horse race, {Nicotickets CLV & Bryce's Vanilla Custard} & they were / are neck & neck
CLS was a more up front,in your face, sweeter bolder Vanilla type of flavor. BVC was balanced & blended together better, had better vapor, handled heat much better {Vaping @ 4.3V was excellent} & hit the sweet spot
Summary:
Bryce's Vanilla Custard was / is the winner over Nicotickets CLS with a 10 / 10 perfect score
Bryce's was the smoothest, smokiest, tastiest, & best melded of the 4
This review was done with Bryce's fresh out of the mail box but CLS had 3 weeks of steeping, I will update Bryces in 3 weeks {to be fair}
While I gave Bryce's a perfect score & CLS A 9.5 both are exceptional & went back & forth thru 2 tanks of each
They both have a small, special but different background flavor that I absolutely love but cannot identify
I have finally given up & put both in my top 10 rotation
Both are not just great Custards but exceptional juices
Hope this helps in your quest to find another great juice
