If you have a BT801 rebuildable atomizer you'll know that it comes with 3 holes pre-drilled into the threaded section of the housing. There is an outer piece that you thread up or down to partially block off the holes to adjust your airflow.

After fiddling with this for an hour or 2 I thought the heck with this. So I just taped off 2 of the holes with scotch tape.
That is a perfect air mixture for me. I will probably permanently plug the 2 holes with epoxy or solder once I am sure this is working exactly the way I want.

Try this, it might save some frustration.


Be sure to wash it off with alcohol to get rid of the machine oil used in manufacturing.

Other than that I give the BT801 a thumbs up. For as low as $5.99 you can't beat it.
