Ok, I admit it, now I'm tilting; but that's only on the PBusardo style hits (mouth puff, nose honk, then a long inhale draw). So, anyway, AGA-T2 drilled out to 9/64, bubblestone wick that just squeaks into the hole, 3/4 (+1/4 turn) wrap of flattened 26g Kanthal, and a happy little tingly feeling @ 0.7Ω....... I feel like I've accomplished something :). . . . . the wife, not so much :blush:

i have gotten to .09 with 28g with ceramic so far. so is the flat 26 performing better then the round 28?

how did you flatten it? what did you use, what was your process, etc..

I have this ss cylinder that I picked up at Boeing Surplus, I just lean on it and roll atop my table saw's cast iron table. Like a rolling pin. It seems to increase the resistance by .1 or .2 ohm (which makes sense since I'm crushing the electron's freeway a bit)
