In this video, I tackle an issue that has been concerning me lately in that it seems that the vaping community seems to be forgetting what vendors do for us on a daily basis and that there are people behind the scenes directing every portion of their order. I think a video like this is long overdue. Thanks for watching.

I always leave comments on my orders. If it's first time "I have heard good things..." and returning "I liked x, y or z and this product might not be up to snuff for this reason."

I like where you're going with this to a certain extent. These folks are busting their humps and doing something extremely helpful for folks like us. However, they're still in business to make money. No, nothing comes instantly and nobody should expect it to, but I've found most vendors I've gone through to fulfill orders in a very acceptable time line, usually faster than I ever expected. My comment system makes me feel good, knowing that whoever I'm going through knows the source of their business and possible faults of products they carry, and that whoever is processing the order gets something a little more motivating than just a list of products.

My main concern for vendors is regulation (that seems like it has to happen eventually). Right now it's an easy cut/dry thing...they're selling their wares and we're buying their wares. What happens when, on a federal level, any "liquid containing nicotine for the purpose of vaporizing" is taxed, and each state has a separate tax rate? Things are going to get a lot harder for them. These guys are working just as fast as they can and pushing as much product as possible right now because, unfortunately, stuff like this sure seems to be coming.

Anyway, trying to get away from that line of thought, our vendors do deserve appreciation where appreciation is due, and I hope people are willing to show it. Customer service is still important for vendors, even though they are selling a specialized product to a group that is starting to have more in the way of demand than the supply they have. We all need to treat each other well, in other words...just like any good business relationship.

I'm not saying that they aren't in business to make money, that would be foolish. I'm just saying that not all vendors are ONLY out to make money. I lot of them put a lot of time and personal attention to what they are doing and helping people is usually a big reason they go into business.

I'm more addressing the part of the vaper's crowd that will go and request that a vendor rush an order out to them or they'll be smoking analogs today. They take advantage of the humanity factor to try to have their product rushed yet completely disassociate their order with the person filling it. That's what I'm getting at.

An excellent point and an excellent idea for a solution Wyatt! I will do my best to get you a vid as time allows. I think we should all take time to at least put in a "Thank you" of some form whenever we order from a vendor. It may not seem like much, but as a business owner myself I can tell you it means loads to me when I see that.

I don't know I have praised several vendors on here, to name a few vaporbeast, madvapes, and wizardlabs. Most of them too I have sent personal emails to telling them thanks. I am also quick to throw gas on the fire. I think some of the vendors take advantage too, those will remain unnamed. While they are people and what they do is execute transactions I think the biggest thank you is repeat buisness, and word of mouth advertising. With this being a new industry and not knowing how it will be impacted tomorrow completing an order so they can put food on the table for kids and family is a pretty damn big thank you in my book given todays economy and record unemployment rates. Just as one notable person look at what Rath did as a supplier/vendor to people (the only reason I name him is to my knowledge is no longer around) Just my :2c:

I understand where you're coming from kenetix and I'm not saying repeat business wouldn't be a thank you to a vendor in terms of financial stability, but I'm meaning people who actually can not say the words Thank You. It's two words, I don't know why others feel it so difficult to say it.

I'm trying to get the videos and vendor thank you in within a week, put it out same time next week.

Yes...I have praised Vaporbeast and Madvapes, my two favorite suppliers.
