Bulk 50/50 nic juice

I want to make a big bottle of 50/50 unflavored nic juice.
Probably around 12-14% nic.
Looking at maybe one Liter or so..
What do you all use for a container for that and what is the best way to mix it?

Brown or blue glass bottles. Break it up into smaller batches (~4oz/120ml) so you only have to have one exposed to the air at a time while you have it open. Store them in the freezer, and keep them under lock and key if you have small children (either lock the freezer itself, if you can, or else keep them in a locked box inside the freezer.)

Best way to mix it is probably a magnetic stir plate, but if you don't have access to one of those you can just cap the container and shake it up. You'll need to leave some airspace inside the container, so the liquid has room to move around and mix together. Then, after it's mixed, transfer into your storage bottles with as little airspace as possible, to reduce oxidation during storage.

Note that adding flavors later on will dilute the nic strength even further, so mix your liquid slightly stronger than what you intend to vape at (unless you don't plan on adding flavor, then you can go ahead and mix it right at your target strength.) It's a lot easier to add a little more PG/VG to a too-strong nic liquid for your final mix, than it is to track down and add the nic if it's too weak.

Well, if you're going as far as mixing the PG/VG together, you might as well go ahead and add the nic now, too. Just add a little more than you think you'll want in the final product. For example if your target strength is 12mg/ml, then you can mix it at 16 and still add up to 25% flavoring, later on. And if it turns out that you only need 15% flavoring for a particular batch, you can just put in a little extra PG/VG to achieve the desired 12mg. If you already have the nic, I've read that higher-strength nicotine actually degrades faster than lower strength, so if you plan on storing it for long periods then you might as well mix it in with your PG/VG sooner rather than later.

As far as what kind of container to actually do the mixing in, I mean, you can use just about anything. Lab glassware (beakers, flasks, graduated cylinders, etc.) come in sizes up to and exceeding 1L, but if you're looking to save bucks, then a well washed-and-dried soda bottle works just as well, I suppose. You'll still want to transfer it to glass for long-term storage, or LDPE plastic for the short term.
