I received an email with an order number and a breakdown of what I ordered the day I placed my order. I also got one from paypal that same day saying payment was sent. But have not heard anything since then. That was on Oct 18th.

Well the usual turn around time is 14 to 21 days from what I read from other posts. One time he even had on his site not to send email unless it's been 20 days from the order date, I think that's mainly for us USA folks due to longer shipping times. Again I am not really worried, I just like to be informed if any delays, etc. but my OCD gets the best of me sometimes too.

I am sure we all will have our A2's soon, I just can't wait to start tinkering and determining my perfect setup with it as I ordered everything and even got one of the last 701 connectors that was available so you can see why I am a little too anxious perhaps.

What's the average time a coil/wick lasts? Both the ones I've made lasted 3-4 days. The wire broke for the first and for the 2nd, black sediments appeared in the tank. I then soaked the coil and spike in hot water and it seemed to work. However, this morning the sediments appeared again, so I got rid of it.
Am I doing it wrong?

Is it possible to purchase parts ie the spike and terminal part from cetin ? I tried to email him but he didn't respond. LOL.

@ ED-209 : I understand your frustration. On a positive note,the fact he replied your earlier email means that he's aware of the oversight and has probably shipped your order.

The coils seem to last different amounts for each of us. There are so many factors: wraps and ohms, juice used, amount you vape, how willing you are to tolerate a dirty coil, how well you clean the coil, etc... I've been getting about 2 weeks out of my coils, in one A2 I tend to only vape clear esoteric juices 70PG/30VG and the other tobacco juices from Quick Nic 65PG/35VG. one coil did last only 3 days but I kind of blew it intentionally seeing how long of a toot I could take, 20 seconds! I'll never do that again.

3 to 4 days is about what I get on 3 ohms 32 awg kanthal coil. Wire usually breaks at one of the screws. I chain vape, A2 gets too hot to touch. Never could prove the mix or juice had anything to do with the duration of the coil.

I"m flying with you from now on! Which airline and where do you go? I've always wanted to paddle Venice and Emonty's canal system over in the Netherlands. Wouldn't mind somewhere remote in China or perhaps anywhere with ancient ruins that no one ever goes to, especially ones that are older than believed to exist. But in general wherever you're flying I'm going if I get the hankering for some air travel.

By the way you may be the best person on the ECF to ask about sneaking a toot on flights. Any tips and tricks to offer?

Use a blanket and blow the vapor into the blanket. Can't understand why anyone wants a led on a pv makes it hard to hide.

Yeah, but up in the pilot's cabin you've got all those flashy blinky lights to hide your efforts. The rest of us have to use GLV's or P10's and either hold it in until the vapor dissipates or blow it in our shirt sleeves or blanky like you suggest.

I"m going to have to give 2.4 @ 6V a try. I tend to vape my 2.4 coils at 5v and my 3.5 coils at 6v. Oh and Dspin blew another brand new IKV atty today. I used the batteries for an hour before screwing on the new 3.5v atty and sputter sputter nothing. Thank goodness I've got me a couple A2's I know I can depend on.

Not all juices taste good w/that configuration, but Rawr and Vapor-Age do. My Acid Blondie Cigar does not do well w/that set up

thanks. With 3 wraps (around finger) of wick, how many wraps of kanthal 32awg to achieve 2.4 ohms?
I've ordered some 32 gauge. Can't wait to try it. Seems most of you are using the thicker wire instead.

I'm having a bit of a problem with my A2-T as well. Still trying to find the sweet spot. I've got it leaking into chamber like others have mentioned, which works its way into the air intake of the mouthpiece, but I just can't seem to get good vapor and good taste at the same time. The best luck I've had so far is with Ms Ts New Watermelon. That flavor came through pretty good, but had very little vapor. Nothing like what I've seen in videos.

I have noticed, dry hits aren't as dry as other atties. But neither are wet ones. Right now I'm chalking all this up to getting to know the atty, but I'm a little afraid I should've ordered the reg A2.

It always seems to work good right after a good cleaning of juice in the chamber, but degrades over time, until it's time to clean again.

If you get a build up of juice in the chamber it seems to cool the coil its like a flooded atty without the gurgle, it happens with the A2 classic as well if I overfill the cartridge

My last coil lasted 6+ weeks, ~70ml of juice. It was 5 wraps running @2.8 ohm being used on my Darwin @ 5.9 watts, until the last week or two, when I bumped it up to 6.4 watts.
