Stainless steel wool is made from Alloy type AISI 434 stainless steel.
A web of metal wool approximately 1/4" thick by 4" wide is wound onto a 2-3/8" ID fiber core to an outside diameter of about 8-12" and weighing exactly 5 pounds net. All products are about 125 feet of web per 5-pound reel.
Stainless steel wool products withstand temperatures in excess of 700°C, exhaust acids and high vibration.
Furnace tests show that stainless steel wool will withstand sustained temperatures of 700°C and peak temperatures of 800° C for up to 10 minutes without damage or degradation.

Hey Ed sorry to hear that. If it was me I would just wait it out. You waited this long you might as well wait it out. You will get it and then you will be happy. I know it sucks, hopefully we will all get ours soon enough. Hang in there.

Yep, for me the only thing that could make it better its mod it for a BF atty. I hope to get to that project soon.

But for now I am dripping on it for now and will build a top fed mod for one. After my next order comes in I will have a total of 5 wit lots of extra parts to mod. I will be ordering more.

Thxs BJ, I have seen that one, but really to order pads from the US, they charge $11.60 for shipping, more then the cost of the pads......

Look in nursery, greenhouse supplies, years ago when I had a greenhouse in Aalsmeer we used it to clean the SS spray heads.

I have not tried it, I would like to see the structure under a microscope and see if it flakes. Fumes are not the only problem with the wicks, those micro filaments that break off can get in our lungs and cause problems.

I moded a DT to work on the GLV3 today, so now I am top feeding a Bulli at 5v

Get good vapor and lost of flavor. Atty is reading about 2.8

Now my GLV3 is worth keeping LOL I also moded the bottle I was getting some leaking but with the top feed with the Bulli its ROCKING

I will cut the cart that comes with it until I can get one of those adapters that no one seems to have. I like the look of the ss because I have the ss A2 coming but just want to know what you all think feels the best and what doesn't corrupt the flavor etc.

I likes all drippy tips but especially the SS ones like SuperT and Ming when I'm out in the yard because for some reason all my mods fall tip down. There is also something about chomping down on a Ming that makes it feel more substantial. And I do like that Ice Pawn. Would love to try a Trippy Tip one day too.

Yeah that's my kind of luck too. That is why I was thinking SS, pretty hard to break that.
