Burn taste on brand new Kanger T3

Hello all,
Recently I just bought a Kanger T3 and I really like it. Last night I got it, put in some juice, fired it up and it was beautiful. I like it a lot more then the wickless CE I was using. Everything was great, until about 5 min ago, the taste is like burned taste, very bitter. I got the 2.1 ohms using on a eGo LCD. Is the cartos bad? Is there any way to fix this?

I just got into the Kanger' 3 days ago and got a MT-3 (Metal version) that was the same way. Give it a couple tanks, mine is hitting like a champ right now!

My minis took about 1 full tank before they started tasting "good". Still not as good as many of my other setups, but definitely better after a break-in tank

I've had this same exact problem - even after multiple fill ups. Theres no ryhme or reason as to why this happens. I'm using the new Baby T3's from Sun Vapers and havent had this problem once. I like the smaller sized T3's anyway. The baby T3's are really nicely made and hit superb .. i cant wait to get home and vape now .. i hate work.

I usually clean them before I use them in hot water let dry and vape. they have primer on them when they are new.
Also they may not be wicking fast enough so just dry hit them gently till you see a bubble come up IE dont fire the battery and draw a little on it.

My PG\VG ratio is 50/50. I just change out the head and so far I don't have a burn taste, may be that head was burned? One thing on the burned taste head is that it get quite warm and I do chain vape and each vape take like 4-6 seconds. May be the way I am vaping is wrong?

Yeah not too sure what to think about the Kangers. At first they seemed great, but last night both of them were giving me a nasty taste. almost like a hint of metal. Gonna futz around with them later.

50\50 is just aboiut the max a T3 can handle if you are a hardcore chain vapor.i use 80\20 and never have any problems

Wash all brand new Kanger clearos... That's the reason of the burnt taste

vik, as one of the few other people I've heard of using the SV T3 minis, do you know if they take a regular T3 base? I've never used a standard T3, so have nothing to compare it to. Looking to order more bases soon, but I'm not sure what to order.

Yea, same base as the t3 coils. They are 2.4 ohms but any base will work.

After 3 or 4 tanks of high of 50/50 vg or higher they start to taste funky or will leak. What happens is the vg starts to gunk up the coils there is like crud on them. Just wash them and dry burn and good as new.
