I just figured that I'd share my experience with blucigs.com. They've cheated me out of $85 by claiming they never received the faulty product I sent back. If you do business with them and have to return an item, make triple sure that you have a tracking # and that the package must be signed for. Otherwise, you're likely to get pwned like I did. The customer service rep I dealt with said that since they never received the return, there was nothing at all they could do for me. I had a delivery receipt from USPS, but I lost it. I know that the package was delivered, but they've just left me twisting in the wind. So, I hope I can at least warn others that may be considering buying from them. Be warned that you may get defective product like I did, and that you may not get your money back when you return it.

Hate to hear that. You've come to the right place though. Right up at the top of the page on the right is the forum suppliers link. Go there and pick one out, you'll get taken care of. One of my favorites is Puresmoker. I think Vapor 4 Life is probably the all around favorite though. Check it out, and don't give up on vaping because of Blu!

I had the opposite experience with Blu this month. I sent back a bad battery to them and put tracking on it. I got my replacement battery from them before they even received my bad one, which I thought was pretty amazing given their slow shipping on my initial order. This doesn't help the OP, obviously, but the Blu site recommends tracking. Hell, I even pay the extra 70 cents of whatever to track stuff I mail to my family.

Based on the vast amounts of negative feedback about Blu, isn't it time that we stickied a dont buy from Blu thread like the dont do a free trial thread?

Someone (I can't remember who) said that if Blu is so terrible, why isn't the FS/FT trade thread filled with kits because not everyone could have gotten their money back.

From my experience in life most people only speak up when they're ......, they don't comment or praise when something is good. I'm guilty of the same thing. We only hear from the squeaky wheels, I'm willing to bet that for every complaint there's several people enjoying the bejeezus out of their Blu and don't have any complaints.

You make a very good point.

I have my blu and a TON of unused carts. Dont know how long their good for, but for me I wouldnt trade or sell the Blu because there have been a couple of times that I used the Blu battery with a 510 atomizer when I had accidentally let both my 510 batteries run out of power.

Now that I have my eGo, my 510 is my back up and I just wouldnt sell the Blu to someone because I would honestly feel like I was ripping them off.

If I had the bucks I'd buy it from you, I actually prefer the l88b models. That'll probably be the first and last time that's ever said on ecf :)

I'd be happy to give you the Volcano l88b starter kit I bought (and paid about 5 times more than it was worth), but everything in the kit quit working after a week or so -- and I only used it a few times as a backup.
