Don't know what you have or what you've tried on the charger but I had one not charging - a usb quick charger and I took it off line and took a qtip with the 151 vodka (my 'universal cleaner' ;-) and it started working again - since then, I've been taking a qtip to the batt connection 'well' before hooking up to the charger - there gets a buildup that spans the outer ring with the center post.... but you might try that with either vodka or isopropyl if you haven't already....

No problem for me!!! Actualy the battery connector came right off onto the Ego itself.
Hi Kent Long time no see: Battery connector of the usb cord completely came off.
That's a great tip though - I'm certainly going to do that once I get a new cord. Thanks for the help :

Hey Katya thanks for the heads up on WordupEcig and the HealthCabin cartos. I'm still iffy on the E2s myself and it sounds now like there's too much inconsistency in them.
For good reason. The people in China are too stingy to use enough wick material in them.

From LiteCig. I still think the biggest problem is lack of quality control. I get a good box of cartos - then a crummy box - same cartos -same manufacturer -same supplier.
If our suppliers demand from their suppliers specifically what they want, then it would be a step to the right direction.
You are absolutely right about the the quality control. The classic example would be the Tru-Vapors at Vapors etc. Ross went back and forth with his supplier until he got the filler part right. But then the last batch he received was so poorly manufactured that it was unusable. The threads didn't make connection with the batteries, the sleeves were sticking all the way out of the filler. Most of them didn't work and the ones that did work, burned immediately.
But he has learned a lot from this experience and I think when he finds the right contact in China, he will have some good cartos to offer (I hope).
I've tried the LiteCig Boge LR cartos. Very good quality cartos. The filler is the right density but overstuffed (for my taste). Doesn't breath well and soon it accumulates some black powder residue all around the wick & the filler. I think I mentioned it earlier that if they take this carto and reduce the amount of filler, then we have got a winner.
These same cartos at 3 ohms would last for ever and keep up the flavor. But when you step into the LR world, you're introducing high heat requiring more oxygen.
Thats why atomizers can produce clean vape as low as 1.5 ohms.

The ones I have are LR. Thanks for the info on the filler. I liked the Ego mega cartos a lot -until the battery connectors started falling right off after a few refills.
