I wasn't really paying attention to them while I was dealing with those E2s; I need a little more time. Out of the box, it's a toss-up. Give me a day or two and I'll let you know. I'm also testing the big kr808 carto from IkenVape and I have to tell you that I'm really impressed with its flavor. The draw is a tad tight for my taste, I like the big easy draw of the Boges and the AZSFs, but the taste is really exceptional at 3.7v, so far. It may change, though. I have too many cartos going at once and I'm losing my grip on reality.

Right now I have to rip the guts out of the E2s and soak them in vodka. And study my sample ballot. Or, I might just drink the vodka and go to bed. I haven't decided yet.

I know it gets confusing when you have too many cartos going. So my suggestion to you would be, drink it.

I'm going back to Boge 3.0Ω and AZ Smoke Free cartos for the time being. I don't like burning cartomizers. Burning cartomizers? Dangerous?...

I'm trying to keep an open mind here, but I don't get it. After all the work the guys have been doing on that other thread trying to improve them--this is what we get? We need to add filler to make them work? And take them apart and soak and boil and rinse and dry burn BEFORE we can even use them? Why?

Nasty doesn't begin to describe it. The regular length ones stink, the XLs don't wick, the inner caps won't budge. What can the poor guy do? He has no idea what's inside those blister packs. He can't inspect every single one of them. I understand that some people got good cartos from the same shipment. Luck of the draw...

So I have one soaking in perfectly good booze. What a waste! But I had a sip last night.

Katya good reviews. The big problem again with the E2s is quality control or lack of. Some work ok if you fix the wicks - some if you add filler - and some are garbage.

I'm rotating 2 cartos. I notice these seem to drop a bit in performance like they need a rest. Rested over night they worked great then seem to fall off in performance and flavor. Also seemed less like a LR carto and more like a regular cartos after being used for some hours if that makes sense.

How are you filling these? They filler seems packed too tight for the condom method to work all that well. I'm trying a syringe and am able to get more ejuice in.

I don't waste good booze. I'd rather for good booze to waste me, heheh. I have not had any nasty ones, so have not soaked them for that reason.

For general cleaning tests, I have rinsed them in water with the 3 parts removed. Also boiled them that way. Also flushed them using a syringe with the filler ring installed. Most of the time I don't do any of that stuff.

I don't know if you need to rinse the booze out. Would that still be a waste of good booze? If they have been rinsed with water, the wick needs to be completely dry before filling. I doubt if a dry burn will be necessary. You can try it though, just to see if any moisture is steamed off.

All the above is too much trouble if these things do not work well for you. However, they work so well for some of us that we are willing to go to the trouble.

I actually think the earlier versions worked better than the later ones. At least the ones I got. The early version of the 510 XL( ceramic cup) and version 3 worked far better than the later version 3.75 or whatever they were.

I'm doing the best I can!!!!I think there's a thread with 10 million posts discussing these E2s somewhere isn't there? The best solution so far seems to complete rebuild one with new parts - new wicking material - and filler. Then they seem to work ok.

Actually, the best performance that I can get out of one is to take the guts out and shove them in a cheap plastic bottle. Most people wouldn't want to be caught dead with something like it in their mouth, but it tops everything else that I have ever tried. I could show you what it looks like, but I'll be ashamed for you to see it. Besides that, I'd be afraid that Katya might get the butcher knife out again.

Several people have claimed good results with this mod. Sure I have a photo of mine. This is a non-spill version. It does not leak when vaped in any position. Katya, please forgive me.
