i was was playing with my 510 and subconsiously held onto the button for too long, about 10-15 secs. i released it as soon as i realized what i was doing, but now the atomizer smells terrible. ive flooded it with alcohol and blew it out several times now, but it lingers. what should i do?

i also have another question for anyone cool enough to answer. being very new to pv's i was wondering whats the best way to fill a cart. once i have my polyfil in and start trimming, the tiny fiber pieces fly everywhere, and of course a lot fall back into the mouthpiece. i attempt to blow and brush them away, but surely some, maybe even thousands of little trimmings remain. is this safe for vaping?

I think you may want to try cleaning your atty. There are several threads, theories, and methods. Now... I've never cleaned an atty. I just got a mod and am waiting to 6v bats to try cleaning one. There are different opinions on the subject. Some peeps say don't do it, some say clean weekly. so... read up and if you can't get the smell out you got nothing to lose. gl!
