I just got my first e-cig: a Vapor King from Vapor 4 Life.

I have a question:

After about 10 minutes of use, one of my cartomizers started to produce what I can only describe as a "burnt flavor." Is this normal? The flavor was mint (an excellent flavor before this development, BTW) so I am fairly certain this is not an intended part of the juice flavor.

Does anyone have any idea why this happens?

But if you remove the wicking material, isn't the flavor going to, and also wouldn't there be more of a chance of it "burning out" faster as well?

It won't work at all if you pull out the filler, previous poster is thinking of a 3-piece. If you drip with a 2-piece unit, like the one you own, it is done directly onto the filler.

correct quasimod, but I have been using a kr808d-1 as one of my mods, and with my passthrough plugged into my computer and have one next to the bed and on both have been using the tailpipe technique which I have found to really be cool. pop off the white ring on the top, remove rubber inner grommit and put the factory condom cap over it with a tiny round hole puched threw the center, remove and dripp onto the filler, this technique has really produced for me and is a keeper, the cartos last quite a long time using this method, anyway just something cool to try for newbies that havent used this yet..!!!
