Ok long story so stay with me please. I purchased my first e-cig ( Fifty-One Duo ) 2 weeks ago was fascinated with it for a few hours.
...and then an engine from a 747 fell off an airliner passing overhead, crashing thru the roof, wiping out........(somebody please finish).............

It's cartomizer model, KR808D-2 aka E9

If you run cartomizers down too far, yes you get burnt taste. Most of us keep cartomizers damp with eliquid. You need to use a liquid that flows well through the stuffing. I use PG juices with 20% or less VG in cartomizers. If you put in a thicker juice, you may get burnt taste just because it can't flow through the stuffing fast enough to keep the stuffing damp. Be careful with filling though - you have automatic batteries and cartomizer leaks can damage or kill your batteries. never add juice with the cartomizer on the battery. Always make sure it is not going to leak being putting a cartomizer back on the battery.

Alternatives - KR808D-1 (almost identical model but with the well-supported threading and available in manuals) - See SmokelessImage or Vapor4Life. Get manuals and keep their cartomizers damp to get 4-7 days use out of each. Manuals make it easier to get a good hit, are safer from being damaged or killed by juice leaks, won't turn on accidentally from wind or vibration.
And that is the strongest slim ecig (what you have KR808D-2 and these KR808D-1).

If you want something bigger than what you have, see Riva 510 at Liberty-Flights.com (press the 20% off first). The Riva 510's there are 3.7v, same as the KR8 models. But they have much more battery charge and because they are big batteries 650mah+ they can also use the hotter low resistance atomizers and cartomizers. These would be blank 510-threaded cartomizers and the Boge 2 ohm ones are most popular. There are lots of other types of cartomizers too. Heavy vapers and people who want more hit use ecigs like this. With a 510 to D2 adapter (from LeCig) you coul duse SMoke51 cartos on it. With a 510 to 808 adapter (Goodprophets, Altsmoke) you can use KR808D-1 cartos on it.

Ok it went through. Short & sweet--its Victorytek Freedom. The saleman let me sample it and it was wonderful, clean, crisp menthol taste. Thought I was in cigarette heaven without tabacco. Got home with it charged it for 8 hours and put cartridge on and it was an AWFUL burnt taste. Took it back to seller and he gave an new atty and said that would solve the problem. Not, its still the same.

Maybe I am doing something wrong? All I want is a good e-cig with strong flavor and smoke. Suggestions are welcome

I will be returning this piece of crap next weekend and will not take a no refunds reply from him.

This is a quick reply seeing as my long ones won't submit.

Buy an IGO, they are awesome, you'll get great vape and great throat hit...you'll not ever want to think about analogs again!!

D and B Gold - Home http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...mah-45-00-650-mah-40-00-a-26.html#post4258259 Bill is very helpful and ships really quick.

The IGO has a long lasting battery and the carts hold about 3 mil of juice!! Once you've had the IGO you'll not want anything else, unless of course you're ready to try a tank with it!! Now that's an awesome combo!!

Thanks for your quick reply. Is the IGO the same as the EGO? If not what is the difference?

I saw the the tanks but thought they were too huge but it seems maybe thats what I need after all. I need huge smoke and huge flavor.

No, the Igo has KR808 threads making it adaptable to use mos of the Kr808 cartridges, the Ego has 510 threads. You will still get great vape and flavor with the IGO, I recommend the 1300 mah battery. But I really like the tank too!! Just because I don't have to keep filling all the time!! Good Luck!
