I need a flavor concentrate that tastes like buttered popcorn jelly beans, anyone?!

Preferably diacetyl free if possible, but any suggestion appreciated!

Flavor West Butter Cream, purchased from Kidney Puncher

Tried it as a test @ 5%. I tasted it and immediately marked the bottle "Buttered Popcorn Jelly Bellys." It's kinda nasty. But then, I don't particularly care for that flavor...
