I did the same thing, wanted to buy a second bottle of coconut for a friend to try...same results as you, so I figured the special was one per customer, so I just bought 1 of the 30ml and got 2 of the 10ml free. It's still a great deal, in my opinion.

I do not premix with extra flavor but you can order an extra bottle of concentrated flavoring to add to your premixed. It will change the nic concentration by a small amount but most people don't notice the slight difference.
