Buy Cartridges? Buy Juice? Confused on this.

I'm a light/social smoker. Maybe a pack a week.

I just bought a Black DSE901 Mini E-cig Starter Kit
(It comes with one atomizer and 5 cartridges)

Now, I'm just a little confused on the whole cartridge/juice thing.
So, I start smoking on the e-cig, and when it doesn't give off vapor anymore - I do what.... Add a drop or two of the juice? Or do I replace the cartridge?

(I think I read somewhere, that certain kinds of e-cigs can't add juice. I suppose I will figure this out when I receive it, but if you can respond about my model that would be great)

But suppose that if I had (or eventually buy) one where its possible to add juice or change the cartridge .. what do I do?
Add juice until the cartridge... dies? (???)
Add juice forever? (Then why offer so many cartridges?)
Just replace cartridge everytime it .... dies? (???)
