After speaking with a customer today, I thought it might be prudent to post this and sticky it.

Two weeks from today, I'll have been vaping for a year's time. During that time, I've learned enough about atomizers that:

1. None of these electronics no matter who you buy them from will behave consistently.

2. If you vape and want to continue vaping uninterrupted, it's VERY important that you own MORE THAN TWO at a time.

While we sell atomizers, we DO NOT guarantee, nor provide a warranty for these products.

We sell these at $4 a piece. The ONLY time we'll replace on, is if the atomizer was just NON-FUNCTIONAL when it arrived to you. If it lasts a week, I'd say you still got a good deal.

A lot of sites DO guarantee their atomizers. For example, if your atomizers dies within two weeks time, they'll replace it.

Did you notice the prices for these atomizers? $7? $8? More? This is because they're making everybody else AND you pay for the cost it takes to replace faulty electronics, so they don't lose any profit.

We're more concerned about the affordability and accessibility of these products rather than guaranteeing them or being profiteers.

If you want to vape, word of wisdom from someone who has done it for almost a year. If you want to vape uninterrupted for a decent amount of time, it's probably the BEST MOVE POSSIBLE to have in your stock around 10 atomizers. Relying on two to carry you through is just foolish.

Keep them clean! If a couple conk out, replace them. Keep a supply in rotation!

Because we sell them so low, we don't guarantee, warrantee or otherwise, these electronics. If they're DOA, we'll send you a replacement and eat the cost. If you get some use out of it, it's a bought atomizers.

I felt the need to post this as a client bought only two atomizers to start himself off, one was dead (which we replaced) and he got 5 days use out of the other and figured he was entitled to a replacement for that one too.

Ahem! Welcome to our world...Read above, KEEP A STOCK ON HAND!

Hello there Geoff. Your prices are amazing and you have been nothing but honest about your not giving a warranty on your electronics. I am really surprised by someone asking you for a replacement for 1 that wasn't DOA. (wait a minute, I live in the USA where everyone wants something for nothing, I guess I am not surprised! LOL)

We know the deal on these Geoff. Anyone with half-a-brain should realize that no warranty is no warranty. I actually appreciate the fact that you replace the DOA ones, because I have heard of another vendor (ehemm, TW) that charges outrageous prices AND does not replace DOA items either. Now I am sure they have replaced a few (at least I would hope so anyway) but I have seen a lot of posts on the ECF from people who got screwed by them. I have never ordered from them and never will.

In conclusion Geoff, I just want to say that I very much appreciate what you do for us and the price you allow us to enjoy it for!! You keep giving us more stuff at great prices, what more could a vapor want? Thank you!

CV :)

I agree I have 15 atty's, I feel safe, I like vaping and I am prepared to vape uninterrupted always.

I also have 15 510 batteries always fully charged when heading out the door, it may seem excessive but I call it insurance

You could also think about it this way, back when you smoked did you only keep one analog on hand and exspect it to last till you got to the store? I don't know about everyone else but I bought a carton, it was insurance. I get down to a few packs and I would buy another carton. Always prepared, always stocked, never without!

I will go one step further on this one Queen! If you run out of analogs, you can stop by the local store and grab some. Most of us (not all) do not have this with e-cigs. If your atomizer dies and you do not have another, you may have to wait a few days for you to get new ones in the mail. I actually have experienced this.

STORY (Short I promise :)): My brother gave me my first e-cig kit which contained 2 automatic 510 knockoff batteries, 2 atomizers, a pcc with charger, a usb charger, and some menthol juice with 5 cartridges for $60. I was really happy to start vaping and immediately cut down to about 2-3 analogs per day!! Well, then my pcc charger quit. So I made sure I always had a battery charged and ready to go. Then my Usb charger broke.

So there I was with no way to charge my batteries. He did provide me with replacements about 2 weeks later (he was heading to Florida on vacation for 2 weeks when he stopped by my house on the way). I am not saying anything bad about him. He could not possibly have known things would go so bad for me.

Moral of the story - The day after the USB charger died on me I bought an authentic Joye510 kit and an extra charger. I had to use analogs for 2-3 days while I waiting for the new stuff to come in the mail!

Since then I have a MOD, 6 maunal 510 batteries, a pcc, about 40 atomizers and more juice than I could possibly vape in a year!!! Lesson Learned!!

I now never leave home without 5 extra 510 batteries and a 18650 batt and two 3.0V batts for my mod and my case which holds 21 bottles of juice and 21 atomizers!! So, worst case is if an atomizer dies on me, I may not be able to vape that flavor until I get home. OH THE HORROR OF ONLY HAVING 20 CHOICES!! HA HA

Geoff, you have something many vendors would give their two front teeth to have, and that is a large and loyal customer base. You have this because you offer unparalleled quality in juices, refreshing honesty, and straight-up info regarding items like the attys. You earned this. Your mission is clear to anyone who pays attention.

But, because you are truly in the "big leagues" of vaping, there will always be malcontents trying to angle for some type of entitlement and leeches trying to siphon off some of your hard-earned success.

I guess what I am trying to say is that even though some negatives have been tossed your way today, remember that nobody tries to take down a loser. You are a true winner.

I truly appreciate what you do, and why you do it. The fact that what you do means a lot to you means a lot to me, and surely to many (if not all) of your other customers.

Don't let the .......s get you down. Ever.

I agree with everyone, Have plenty of supplies on hand. I have 8 atty's and 5 battery's (plus 2 of each that belong to my hubby that I can steal if everything else fails)

But I do have a question (one that will in all likelihood deploy Murphys law) I started vaping in January and I still have all my original atty's working- in fact I haven't lost one yet. A couple work less efficiently than brand new but they all still work. Is that an anomaly? I always hear they only last a month or so.

I will be picking up a couple atty's this week when I order more caramel popcorn (that I hope is on special...hint hint) just wish you had green and blue ones.. but red will do (I'll have a Festive Christmas e-cigg. :) (

I never lost an atty. I started with 4 801s at the end of December. I added 7 510s a couple of weeks later. When I switched to cartomizers in mid-May they were all working fine. I tend to dedicate one to each flavor so some got less use than others but they all worked. (Now that I'm just using atomizers to taste new flavors before committing a cartomizer to them, I am having trouble getting rid of the old flavors. AC isn't the only flavor that lingers.)

Poeia, you tried highpin'g cleaning method? I can get rid of the worse juice you can imagine, however it takes 2 cleaning runs.

I paid not only full price, but I think over priced for an attie at one place. They never replaced it(DOA), and now that I know this is how it works. WOW it makes me mad LOL Thx for the frank honesty! I've been vaping long enough to know these atties can take a crap and to stock up. It's hit or miss, but DOA should always be handled. Good info ! THX

Yeah. It works well (although nothing completely gets rid of AC.) Cartomizers are easier. And I still have every atomizer I bought (clean) -- when I'm trying a new flavor, I use them and a drip tip so I can decide if I want to dedicate a whole carto to them.

Poeia, I do the exact same thing. I don't even like to mess with atomizers anymore. I have 8 new ones on hand just for tasting too. I was getting grossed out with the burnt taste all the time. I hate messing with polyfil and teabags, cleaning was pain. Cartomizers in the long run are way more economical in my opinion. I have yet to taste anything burnt or nasty in a cartomizer. I am getting them for about a buck a piece. I use them for about a week and then toss them.
