Buying Juice Online....Slack Sellers!

I don't mean to whinge, but I just wanted to say that over 2 weeks ago I bought about 100 bucks worth of juice from vapeyou.com.au and it has not arrived in the mail. I have e-mailed them several times, to which they have not replied once. Terrible customer service now under the new ownership, what a pity because previously they were one of the best.

See if they have a facebook page, if so, post on there, companies don't like unhappy customers posting on media.

That's why you should always research where you are buying from, always going to get the odd bad apple.

If you read my original post, you would understand that I have bought from VAPEYOU.COM.AU several tmes previously but they are under new ownership. ''bad apple"" you say? Well how about they have not replied to any of my emails.
