Buying my first Box Mod, IPV3

Hello everyone,

I am thinking I am finally ready to upgrade to a box mod from a mech mod. I have done extensive research on a few different box mods but I think I am going to go with the Pioneer Ipv3. Can anybody offer any personal advice before I make the purchase?

This is the cheapest place I have been able to find online. $105 is a STEAL compared to some of the other prices I was finding ($150+)
iPV3 150 Watt Box Mod | Vape Titans

I can't imagine finding it for any cheaper than that, but if anyone knows where to get one for even cheaper please share!

My buddy has an IPV3 and uses an Aspire Atlantis. He swears its the best thing that has ever happened to him. But apparently he goes through like 15mL of juice a DAY easy using that setup
Very easy! Lol
Might tell your buddy Eciggity offers a 7ml tank option from A-Mod..this uses the base from the Atlantis ..it comes with the upper hardware and the 7ml pyrex tank..got two of them on the way now because I'm tired of refilling the stock 2ml tank 3 times a day! Lol

I'll stick to my Sigelei 150 watt box it serves me well and I don't have to mess with screws or fill holes after installing magnets. They just don't seem as refined as the Sigelei and that's why I sold my IPV3 just like the build quality of the Sigelei better.

This....... I have both and I wish I woud have bought another Segelei instead of the IPV3. The IPV is a nice box, the Seg is just better. Buttons are more comfortable and it just feels better.

I have both and love both. With mine wile I do like the display and magnetic door on the Sig 150w over the ipv3, the Ipv3's buttons feel more solid and it hits harder at the same wattage setting.

The only issue I have heard of with the IPV3 is the screws that hold the back on. I have a Sigelei 150 W with the magnets and I love it. You can find them for about $100 on-line.

So spending an extra 15 seconds to unscrew the screws is a big deal, lol? Also, its very easy to modify the IPV3 with magnets, but I am not that lazy.

I've had my IPV3 since it's came out. I had it pre ordered. I do like it a lot. And seriously, the two screws to replace the batteries is NOT EVEN a issue!! What I really love is my battery life! I get three full days of vaping without the need to charge, and that includes Sub Ohm vaping! I was lucky enough to get four VTC5 Genuine 18650s before it was impossible to tell the Genuine from the fakes and my battery life is incredible! No complaints at all. Three full days without charging works for me! I don't find the size awakard at all. On the go it fits perfectly in my purse pocket. What I also like is that it's right on the mark with the volts and watts. I've tested it several times by putting my numbers of my build into my ohms law calculator seeing what my volts should be and it's always right on the money. Love that YIHI chip!! Some units if you test how well the voltage is matching what it should be according to Ohms law fail miserably. And are off by quite a wide range . But not the ipv3. No matter my build the chip continues to be accurate. That impressed me because it was a different story with my old Hanna Mod Clone! Before the v3 I had the v2 and loved it as well. I used it until it litterly fell apart! Since the v2 served me so well I went with the v3. Glad I did! Also I love that we can upgrade our firmwear when YIHI puts updates out. I'm pretty happy with my IPV3 and would recommend it to others.
