You're right... but he cant... the RY4 and Joker share a base... he cant get said base in large quantities because apparently its always out of stock. He gets what he can when he can... it's not a marketing scheme, it's not some sort of ploy, he's not out to create "buzz" or any of that... he's a stand-up guy with a stand-up business and stand-up juice... if he could get the stuff in larger quantities, he would... and you're right, he'd make a LOT of money...
