Has any found a supplier or company that has tobacco e-juice like or very similar to MFS Turbosmog, Tall Paul, or Red Luck?

I didn't see any cuts, nor cracks. (This was the first time I dissambled the Slimtank.) I went ahead and replaced both top and bottom black o-rings. But, I could not fit the caps, bottom or top, on easily even lubricating them with juice. Now, looking at the o-rings within the Slimtank, I can see unevenness, as if they were cut a bit by the tank. I have only one black o-ring left :(. Any thoughts?

You can look for any cuts on the o rings again, especially on the silicone one, which can be cut easier by the top end of the ΣΟΦΙΑ. The outer o rings must be checked out if you remove the tube from the caps regularly, for cleaning purposes for example. Last, check the tube for small cracks, especially in the edges. :)

The tubes ( glass of plexi) tend to be a bit uneven in their diameter. The unevenness you see is not a cut, but the higher pressure the tube puts on the o ring on the specific spot, making it deform a little. This will not impair your vaping in any way, but if it is visually bad, you can sand the specific o ring a little bit, so it will have more space to relieve the pressure from that point, all around its body. :)

I have to think about whether that writing would irk me. I love clean lines and probably would need to have it the right way up. But hey it's a good option. :)

Plus it settle and evens out once it has liquid in the tank.

Dmned me. I should have sanded the oring instead of tossing it into the trash. Down to one now. Hopefully I won't need it.
Thanks B.

I love engravings and decals. More the merrier, but need to be soft, suave and sultry. Plain jane is just not for me ;)

See this top cap... reason why I'm loving that inverted look!

I see what you mean.
I like engraving like on the Sophia but as nice as that tank looks its too much for me. I would be forever cleaning it. :D

so i've been meaning to post this for a while,

titan_cust.jpg

It's a 16mm titanide tank, but I had some glass cut for me 9mm too short on purpose. That, plus the external lips drip tip, and short sofia tube, equals this! on my turtleship mini. It looks amazing.

I actually first cut my XL Slim tank attempting this, it worked for a while but developed a hairline crack in the plastic! Fortunately, I still have my standard slim tank tube, which is what I'm using right now in my other sofia.

This is not the same as a halfling tank, though. Rather, I had the glass cut so that the tank ends up being 26mm in length total, explicitly to use with the external drip tip on the short sofia tube. The extra 1mm (instead of just doing 25mm, which would still work) gives you some extra room to unscrew the juice control before there's a gap under the external drip tip. It came out so perfect though. So very perfect, that I was almost thinking I should propose it as an option for the slim tank! In either case, I might be buying some more slim tank tubes to butcher up, haha...Maybe I'll get one cut to the right length for 26mm without putting a crack in the plastic! If I recall, I was aiming for the plastic tube to be cut in the 18mm range on the slim tank. I've been thinking of doing this to some of my other tanks too...the d-tank might look kinda cool with a super tiny glass window at the bottom!

Have to give a big thanks to Bill, I must have changed my order like 3 times, but he got it all right and even threw in some goodies, can't say thanks enough.

I use my jeweler's scale too, though it doesn't do a good job weighing yarn. Everytime I move the ball the weight changes. Makes me wonder how good it is.

I have a very accurate jewellers scale for when I DIY but my kitchen scales are very good. You know quite often it's not the actual weight of gear, it's about the weight distribution and balance. If it's balanced then its easy to hold and fire. I can't use those little isticks because they are too small and float in my hand. They actually take a bit of effort to hold whereas something twice as big...say an MVP or my BB's are much more comfortable because of where they sit in my hand.

I have yet to put the Mecha down (with my lightweight tube) and I like it so much I ordered a second one which should be here next week :)

I wonder about the postage scales they use at the post office. Whenever I go to one post office, the weight always comes out higher than at the post office I usually use for the same item in the same packing. Weird.

I use a postage scale. TRUST me when I say its accurate. They tell me when is not. [emoji23]

What??!!?? You stopped using your Sophia? That's definitely a mistake.
I missed my Sophia so much that I'm bringing it back to life with a Billet Box. Can't wait to start using it again.

Susan when I need to weigh something lightweight but bulky I use a clean plastic yogurt tub and zero reset. I have the same issue with powders so I use a cake patty cup (becomes the funnel after weighing). I think the problem with yarn would be the overhang. Long time knitter/crocheter here :)

Thanks for the tip. I would never have thought to do this.

Billie, hubby wants to know how on earth you get the screw head to line up the way they do. He is super impressed, he is a wood man but can appreciate quality engineering. :)

Thank you! :D
The screws are from SS304L, so they are manufactured by the CnC. The CnC lines up the cut on the head of the screw, with the threads of the screw's body. Also, it starts and finishes the threads of the side holes of the MECHA in the exact same position :)

You realise that I am a bit OCD and this satisfies every nitpick I ever have. :)
