Has any found a supplier or company that has tobacco e-juice like or very similar to MFS Turbosmog, Tall Paul, or Red Luck?

Hope everyones weekend has been a good one! I don't post a lot but read here and a couple of threads quite often. If I had to say one thing to all newcomers to the Sophia and by Leo mods is to keep them clean, clean them, clean them, clean them!! I cleaned 4 of my Sophias tonite and as per Yankee, I think, clean the tube often, makes a big difference in taste!! My battery life had really dropped off awhile back and Billie suggested a thorough cleaning and it was instant newness again! I thought I had clean mods but there is no better way than disassembling all parts and clean!! I always tend to put off cleaning and put it off and put it off, almost to a point I dread it some days....always needing to rewick, recoil, refill, etc. but once I sit down and give it some attention, it is totally worth it! Does anyone else "dread" the cleanings? I usually run 10-12 mods and 15-20 tanks at a time in rotation and generally start the process when I am down to a couple tanks left and then it is a major days worth of work!! Oh well, keep your attys and mods clean is all I'm trying to say!! Peace out!

Interesting pics Q.
How is it so strangely deserted? Except for the daylight, it was as if you were there in the middle of the night.

Not a 'By Leo' product but posting to say, "I remember you folks" :)

It is a timely reminder. I have a Monday morning ritual which includes thorough cleaning of current gear. Switch out and soak all drip tips, on alternate weeks change cartos, coils and clean Sophia's and BB tanks. Its so easy to be slack and not recognise the slight drop off in performance until it is completely unsatisying.

New insulator on my SOPHIA...still getting juice through the bottom, leaking into my P3...
Maybe the floating P3 center pin is pushing up too hard?
Maybe I pushed the insulator down too far on to the pin?
Maybe I'm tightening the SOPHIA too hard onto the P3? (Which can't be, because any less tight, and it wobbles hard...even when closed.)
Very curious...

Cleaning is important. I may be overly excessive but I take that seriously.

In my case I run several sophias. Not each has its own tank. So say in one case I have two sophias per tank. When I need to recoil, I will actually swap sophias. this keeps me vaping. The other I will remove the cermic cup and wipe it down and blow it out. New wire and back goes the ceramic. At about the third rotation of each I will tear down each sophia and take the tank apart. The tanks come apart too easily to not do it. Some tanks are harder but the cage is too easy. The tanks that are harder get rinsed well and then dried as best as possible. You can accomplish this by rolling paper towels and twisting them into the tanks.

This same cycle tends to have me push out the sophia pin and give them a good bath as well.

The juice will be fresh tasting. You will enjoy it. I see the difference. When you talk to me, I always state clean. And I take time to do this.

The juice leaking has nothing to do with the insulator in all likelihood. Its making its way down the pin. There can be several factors and likely a combination of some.

- wick height
- wick amount
- how open sophia is
- battery strength (loss of power can not vaporize what you are used to supplying)
- coil age (some use coils for weeks and months - not me)
- tank pressure unstable (oring, seal)

And as I said, likely a combination of the above.

With the new insulators, the pin can't be pushed up further form a certain point. I would look at what yankee pointed out, starting from the inner o rings of the tank :)

Wires, wires:

At the moment I use this wire and tend to believe it is really Kanthal. But 1,7 Ohm is too speedy for me even at low power. FT wire with more Ohm has this black stuff which I find somehow disgusting.

Now to the question proper:

stormysvaporcellar offers this Kanthal . International shipping costs more than the product but I would do it if I knew that stormy does not order it from China himself because I can do that for myself alone :p

Anybody who knows it?

In all liklihood, all wires that are premade come from China. Stormy sells for convenience. I dont know of any other made wire. the other option is to zap your own.
