Has any found a supplier or company that has tobacco e-juice like or very similar to MFS Turbosmog, Tall Paul, or Red Luck?

Got the wifes cage tank and my cage v2 upgrade and external tip and Oh rings oh my. View attachment 422759 View attachment 422759
Guess that's it for awhile. Just stocked up on my favorite juices to the tune of $151 bucks. Gotta get to the DYI thing but I know I'm gonna suck at it.

DIY liquids are not so difficult to make. I go for 1 drop of essence per ml of liquid and it works pretty well for me. After a few tries you will find what hits the spot :)

After what seems like years I have finally figured out how to use the Sophia in my elegance tanks. My vaping world is complete.

I have been tinkering with all these ridiculous and convoluted solutions to enable me to use the Sophia's in my tanks. The issue has always been how to manage liquid flow without flooding it. Secondary problems were how to fill the tank without mess. If I removed the top cap the Eliquid would pour out of the bottom.

Well the simplest solution is always the best. I don't actually need flow control, I know how my Eliquid behaves and once it is primed I can leave it alone. Second the filling of the tank. Well if I raise the tank, I can remove the cap without flooding and fill about 3/4, replace the cap and lower the tank over the Sophia (already set at the right flow rate) lastly I used a white carto grommet in the top of the Sophia tube to create a better air flow. I have been vaping it for a couple of days and I have yet to flood it. I am a bit cautious still but very happy.

The diy bit can certainly be intimidating at first, and will result in failures. But, there are many threads on this forum and others with recipes to eliminate flying blind. I'm just beginning myself. The other thing to keep in mind is that unflavored nic juice and flavor extracts are all fairly cheap, so mistakes are not financially catastrophic. Lots cheaper than buying premades and dumping them.

Sam check out the TFA thread here http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...-apprentice-flavoring-thread.html#post7324669
The last 6 months or so get really good. Bill the magic vapor (read his blog posts) has taught many many of us newbie juice makers how to be successful. Good luck

Agree with everything newyork mentioned and add my own experience. I grew tired (partly even disgusted) with all these flavours and all these measuring and noticing it tastes first and it does not taste anymore later. So I made a decision (about one year ago) to switch to one simple flavour I seemed to like and this is a flavour that is not connected directly with one certain food or drink: Vanilla. I just made clear for me that I always smoked one cigarette brand without having the wish to try something else.

And the second decision was: You want to vape or be an expert in food flavours? I did not enjoy counting and measuring and making exact notices. So I simplified: 3 percent flavour and put just a little more or a little less next time if you don't like it. But, this little bit more or less did not change anything about the fact that either I liked Vanilla Brand X or I did not like it. So the basic liking or not-liking was independent from taking a bit more or less of it. I tried about 12 or 15 different Vanillas. I learned quite soon that the less I take from the flavour the less I get bored with it or it gets irritating after a while. And I learned something else: If you take 1 percent, then next time 2 or 3 percent, it is going to be overwhelming and too much for you. Your senses become more delicate if you use less flavour.

So now I stick to 1 percent or even less and use basically one single Vanilla brand and sometimes a second, very similar one. Life can be so simple ;-)

This procedure will not prove useful for everyone, but maybe for some people.

I didn't understand a word you said but I think you defined the KISS principle? :)

Krisma....there is something about that beautiful set-up of yours that's got me worried about your safety. So if you'll send it to me I can check it out, fix it, and get it back to you real soon. All for free! Okay? :)

LOL That tank is one of my many favourites. It will eventually go on the Mecha but I wanted to play and make sure I didn't flood it so it's only a little defender.

Yes I agree. I've noticed that the longer I vape the less I like the very strongly flavored juices I once thrived on. Not only do I not like them, they have become quite unpleasant. I've only just begun mixing, but I see the possibilities. Even more true with better equipment such as my Sophia, versus my "cheap" stuff.

I didn't realize there were that many vanillas out there.

I am the same with mints and menthols. I must have tried 100's and mixed as many over the years in an effort to replicate a boiled lolly I sucked as a smoker (and still do) There a subtle differences in all of them and none are quite right. I have gone back to simple except for one, a halo sub zero clone which is brilliant but complicated. I think the equipment makes a huge difference. With all my menthols I would mix them quite strong for cartos but as soon as I went to the Sophia I halved the flavour. See Billie, you are saving me money in concentrates :)

Thanks for all the DYI tips. I am gonna try it. I know to start light and not over do it. I know I need to be patient and steep some flavors. I buy alien visions flue cured and pg bees knees and mix them 50/50 (love that stuff) ($102 for 200ml) but it is not cheap. The wife's gorilla juice will be much more difficult. My all day vape for 2 years was Boba's Bounty but the flavor is not there anymore. Grumpy's hooch was another I liked but that's about it so I shouldn't be too hard to please once I get started DYI. Thanks again ya'll

Have you tried the 'Extreme Ice' from Mt Baker Vapor? I love it (I was a menthol smoker) and think it's the best menthol/mint ejuice flavor I've ever vaped. I dedicate one Slim tank with a Sofia on an Innokin V3 just to this flavor, and it's not a tank-cracker, which is very nice. :)

I have an aversion to wintergreen and it's the standout ingredient in extreme ice. It was one of the first pre-mixes I tried. Closest to what I want is the natural mint with a bit of koolada from inawera but it's still missing something.
