Only the chamber is gloss.The exterior of the Calix is all brushed. It would be very hard to grip the threadable parts otherwise

Hey Billie love love love the Calix atty but my big German Shepard beast already knocked my atty off the table and put a hairline crack in the glass, hehe, where or what size replacement glass should I buy? I don't see anything on your site and I'll definatly need to stock up on them thank you sir!

I don't think he has replacement tubes stocked yet Rockstarr. I recall all the initial tanks stock was used for complete Calix units.
I'm waiting on them too, want to grab a spare along with a spare cup and pole.

We already ordered a new batch of glass tubes and we are waiting for them anxiously! The spares will be complete with their respective SS rings. We are very sorry for the delay!

No rush it was just odd so I though I should say something.
Are there different versions of the Sophia? And, if so, how can I tell the difference between them when I'm buying a used one off the classies?
One sophia version. two major tube lengths. 35/45mm. Think standard tank and xl tank length. Then tubes that also have a built in drip tip end.
The only difference I know of is the length of the top part of the Sofia. There's a short top one (35mm) that will sit flush with the top of your tank, and is good if you want to keep a short profile. The longer top (45mm) sticks out about 9mm past the top of the tank. The only way you'll know that is to look in the ordering box and it'll let you choose the 'Length'.
Any estimate of the price you're thinking of charging for the replacement glass tanks?
This Calix has me excited and I'm thinking of taking the annoying time to post my KF4 up for sale to then buy this!
