WE WANT YOUR OPINION ON HOW YOU GUYS THINK A "RANDOM NUMBER GENERATOR" WOULD WORK ON FILLING ORDERS. Were thinking this may help all customers have peace of mind that it wont matter what they order or when they order it,how much they order or how little they order,their order will be shipped when their number comes up in the "RANDOM NUMBER GENERATOR". Maybe we could even use ecf for a way to make it a game as to who's order just got shipped and who's still waiting and where their order is in the U.S. via their tracking #.

Honestly, I would rather have the first come first serve basis simply cus it's fair for everyone. Plus, what if an order number is so unlucky it doesnt get picked by the generator? lmao. But that's just my 2 cents :)

First come first served works for me. If it aint really broke, don't fix it! Seems to me that to maintain the low prices calls for patience, not games. Nothing wrong with throwing a few ideas out there. Just be careful, you might get what you wish for.
Don't forget the "CUSTOMER" in Customer Service. :2c:

Placed a order on 12-22.
Shows shipped on 12-28.
Still not recieved it as of tonight.
From ILL. to IND.
was no tracking # on the order conf.
Have sent emails on Mon. and yesterday with no reply yet.

Srry to hear, I email them today and they got back to me stating that they didn't have an eta on my order bc of whats going on. The Legal issue that is. Did you try calling them? heres the num 618-215-0541

I ordered some items today from madvapes and they've been shipped already (yes,the same day) w/o any "generators". :laugh:
So how about just the same day shipping : plain and simple?

Anyone know just how backed up/behind they are on filling the orders? The last few times I ordered it was shipped and received in less then a week. It's been almost that long now and the order says new. I saw the noticed on the site but it clearly stated all orders before today will be shipped. Any help would be wonderful. Thanks :)

    A month ago I complained about crazy slow shipping and lacking CS and that he should atleast put a note on his site giving more accurate order fulfillment expectations. And I got all lambasted by regs for saying that.

    I guess things didn't get better. And things got "humorous".

    Amazing what cheap prices will make people endure.

    (although I encourage you to check out other vendors. It's very easy to get 3 boxes of cartos SHIPPED for 20$)

    Most everyone on this thread knows that Andrew's business has skyrocketed. We all know he is a one man business.
    My personal opinion of Andrew's customer service is that he bends over backwards trying to please everybody. Any sane person knows this is impossible, yet he keeps trying.

    He's explained why emails go unanswered. Calling him is the best way to get answers, but damn, he's such a nice guy that it's hard to get off the phone. You want to tell him "Hey, 30 orders probably came in while we're talking! Get back to work!!"

    I'm sure he's desperate and has the CSR fishing for ideas to get the business back on track. He's trying.

    We also know there are other vendors out there, and we will use them if need be.
    Right now I'm preparing an order, and I don't care when it gets here. I'm ordering way in advance. If by chance I run out of something, I'll order elsewhere.

    I like Andrew and his personalized customer service. And like he says, "TELL YOUR PROBLEMS TO JESUS, 'CAUSE I GOT ENOUGH OF MY OWN!!"

    Considering the order was placed just before the "Holidays" . (the 22nd.)
    Not worried about "shipping time"
    Really thought 6 days was not bad at all when Christmas and weekend was figured in . :)
    But IF it was shipped on the 28TH--this is the 10TH--and still no order--OR any way to try and track it from my end.
    And 3 daily emails sent with no reply yet, yea getting a bit--P.O.ed--(read--worried!!) lol
    Just need to know whats going on at this point? :)

    Andrew, I have been a loyal customer from the start and will continue to be once these issues are behind you. I know you to be a stand up guy and will get this sorted out.

    To those finding humor in this then go buy somewhere else. Starting up a new business is not easy and to have one take off like CCV has is sometimes overwhelming. Andrew went into this with the best of intentions and will get this sorted out.

    I have been ordering from Andrew since shortly after he opened. I will be ordering from him going forward. Even though I have a delayed shipment (shipped out Jan 3rd, still not here),I bought the $1.75 insurance and I know he will make it right. It's that simple.
    I don't feel this relaxed about too many other vendors. That's my :2c:

    I am a loyal customer and order way in advance.
    With that being said, here is my unsolicited 2 cents:

    1. Do away with the free drip tips and syringes. People seem to get their panties in a bunch over them and they take up packing time.

    2. VAPNJ350... customers generally do not find 'belittling' them funny/humorus. I have a warped since of humor so I jabbed you back with the 'pay ya back with random.org bit.' However...

    People usually want their items shipped within the next day or two. Instead of providing an update on the website or on this thread about the delay, you make a joke about it. People have paid money and may be questioning the integrity of Andy's business. This is the time where frequent and open communication would calm the situation, rather than making a joke about it, IMHO.

    I don't like sounding like a cranky, old bitty. I hope you take my advice, at least during this time of duress.
