#3 Thanks Susan......It actually has a couple more types of sausage in it also beer brats and portugese linguica in it to..I'm cleaning off my keyboard and the front of my shirt right now waiting.............Smoked all the goodies in my brinkman then pan fried them to give em some browness and more flavor,threw in a cup of water to deglaze the pan and put it in a big old pot with beef broth and au jus...........
