The title only mentions MARKETING to teens and children, but reading the article (which made me steaming mad) makes it clear it's another push for regulation in favor of BT, since they want to not only regulate ejuic, but also outright ban flavors that children might be attracted to.
A lot of inflammatory statements, such as "With fruit and candy flavors and glossy celebrity ads, e-cigarettes makers are undeniably targeting young people..."
Like adults couldn't possibly enjoy fruit or candy?
The only upside is that the comments seem to mostly be pro-vape, "this is ridiculous" types (so far anyway).
