CA E-liquid company/shop that sells juice with a max VG option ?

Just trying to find a good e-liquid company based out of California that offers max VG options for their juice. Could be a shop as well that carries the juice but the shop needs to be out of California.

Found a company called Olympia Vapor Works and their juice is $5 for a 15ml and $8 for a 30ml and they offer max VG options for their juice but it ships out of Washington and I get impatient when waiting for vape mail.

So apparently you don't steep your juice?????? I kinda like distant vendors.. My patience gets tested the most AFTER delivery, during the 1-4 weeks of pre-taste steeping. Something that takes a week or more to deliver, helps to relieve some of that anxiety.
