Interesting little tidbit. Governor Newsom vetoed a requirement for ecig manufacturers to submit a written explanation and photo of each product that would have been posted on a government site to advise parents about what minors might have in possession. The information would have been due by April 2020.
He says it would have only served as advertisement for electronic cigarettes.
