1. Does your latest price ($110 shipped) include to the USA?
2. If that doesn't include tracking how much more for tracking?
3. Does it come w/ any spare parts ... o-rings, springs, insulators?

And lastly - are you aware if I might be charged any customs fees etc for it coming from CA to the USA?
