The way want to quit is handling all of this really doesn't surprise me. When my wife and I lived in Holland we toured Germany a lot by car and you wouldn't believe how nice the German people treated us.

Hi Texas,

I am so glad you enjoyed Germany it is a small but somewhat pretty place. I am in the States since 5 years and quite frankly I never want to leave ever again. The southern mentality is just perfect for me. Yes sometimes a slight bit too rednecky but all in all I love every bit of these friendly relaxed people here. 6 hours drive and I can lay on the beach in Florida just amazing. Only thing that makes me upset and probably everyone else is that 5 years ago when I first came here I paid $32.00 on the dot for a full tank whereas nowadays I pay double that.

Nevertheless God bless America I love this country and since we live in 2011 I can still enjoy my German beer, German Candy, and a somewhat German Sausage lol.

TexasT whenever you go back to Germany for vacation or business and I should be around I hope we can get together for a nice German dinner + a good beer or glass of wine and of course our PV's
