We reached out to them in January to let them know that an Online sales ban would be harmful to ‪#‎CaliVapers‬ and future ex-smokers. The real solution to the problem of minors purchasing e-cig gear and nicotine online is the absence of effective online age verification. AB 1500 is a stupid substitute measure that simply outlaws all sales of e-cig gear and nicotine online in California.

Outside of planting national ID chips inside the body of every US citizen and chip readers in every online devise I don't know how the government is going to prevent minors from buying porn, booze, drugs, or e-cig gear online.
