California selling ecigs in casinos!

My brother lives in California and just told me e-cigs advertisements are getting quite frequent there. Radio advertisements, TV advertisements and they are now selling e-cigs in casinos!

Good news for sure!

Yeah I guess when you have a state where you can get a hold of medical marajuana and smoke it, it's hard to say you can't smoke a e-cig.

Personally, I think both are pretty rational approaches. We should also thank the Governator for his help. He actually vetoed attempts to try to ban ecigs in CA. It was our first little victory,,, the first ray of hope in this long road we're on.

what was it, SB400? that was going to outright ban ecigs - it's on hold right now, vetoed by AAAnold, but still those who are waiting on the Leon ruling to revive it. The reservations are sovereign nations so they can do as they please (and they do) (wait, I forgot to add, the AT and F people want tobacco 'export' taxes)
