Hi, all, new here. Tried greensmoke.com ecig and immediately knew i could get into vaping. After vast amounts of research last sunday, i went with my first solid setup and am loving it so far. Cannot see myself ever going back to cigarrettes. For anyone wondering about a solid first setup, im very happy with the following although i do already have my eye on the istick 30w or 50w. But honestly, im impressed with the mvp build quality and overall quantity of solid reviews on its performance. Seems like a cant miss so far.

- iTaste MVP 2.0
- Kanger pro tank 2 and mini protank 2
- currently 2.5 ohm coils at 7.5w (will be trying 1.8 coils soon)

Mt baker vapor had great deals on all of this stuff and i really like the flexibility so far. Hopefully, i made good choices!

If your going to get an MVP get the 30watt, its so much more versatile then the 11watts the 2.0 offers. Yeah its cheaper, but at thw rate your progressing it wont satisfy you for long. You can still vape at the 7.5watts, but can also use subtanks/rda if that suits you in the future. Its a little more expensive, but will save you money in the long run.

Id also suggest an Aspire Nautilus full or mini over a protank. Some people love Protanks, but I along with many other had tons of problems with leakage and flooding. They are nice because you can practice rebuilding the coils if that suits you.

I already got the mvp 2.0 as i couldnt pass up the deal on mt baker vapor. Only had for a couple days but, yes, i love it so much, i could easily see upgrading in the next month or so and putting it on ebay. I will then get the istick 50w and a couple aspire tanks. I do like my kanger pro tank so far too. Also, some of mt baker vapors juices on sale are a steel for $2.99 for 15ml, even better with an online promo code.

Why sell it keep it, to remember your first mod. Plus you wont be getting any money for a used 2.0 and please dont be 1 of those ebayers/craiglisters that want what the paid for there stuff, those people are the worst.

Youll also need a back up especially if you choose an iStick.

Misread your post i thought you were thinking of purchasing it.

Might possibly keep it,but ive sold hundreds of things on ebay and craigslist. Judging by ebays currently used prices, i will have no problem getting Around $30 for the whole whole starter kit (even after fees and shipping), which is what i paid for it.

Ebay has a no e-cig policy, Paypal too.
Can't sell it on ebay.

Anyway the rule of thumb is to always have a backup unit.
ALWAYS HAVE A BACKUP APV. All electronics eventually fail.

Now adays not so important because you can always buy something at your local Vape Shop
but usually the prices are way higher at brick and mortar stores.

Also with the tremendous battery life of the MVP it comes in handy as a
camping apv or for trips where you can take advantage of the two day battery life.

I still have my MVP V1 and occasionally find a use for it. Keep it at my office and
if I forget my Reo or an Atomizer gives out. It works as a backup unit. Because it
works as a passthrough even if it's out of batteries, still functional.

I thought i read that too, but theres tons of ads on ebay. Either way craigslist would work too, but maybe a backup isnt a bad idea.

Greetings CenturyChild and Welcome to the ECF. I am using a Vaporshark with a Atlantis tank though I still hit the MVP2 and Nautilus at least once a day great setup...............................................Enjoy..........................................

Im absolutely loving this setup so far. Has everything a starter could want for around $30. Still going to get an eleaf 30w or 50w i think so i have two in case one is down for the count.

Similar to my first a few months back, MVP20W w/ Nautilus mini, not state of the art be far beyond the typical Ego starter kit. If you figure it's worth about half what you paid for it then and what you can get to replace it you'll realize it makes a great backup when you move on to something else, that's more than you would get out of an empty pack of cigs. Everything changes rapidly, today's hot set up will be 3 versions ago in 2 months, the only things that hold much value are the various handmade mods and atomizers that are made in small batches. The mass produced stuff is good to pass on to other new vapers once it falls out of your regular regular rotation.

Stopped in to say welcome! And I have to say don't get rid of the MVP! Backup equipment is a must and should the need arise you can use it to check your ohms should you decide to build coils! The MVP come in handy!

Just not even craving an actual cigarette. Vaping is such a great alternative, plus i can do it in my man cave with no repurcussions.

trying apple cinnamon from vaperite.com (but here in atlanta) and its not good. Still think pretty much everything from mt baker vapor is a steal. Might pick up two more kanger pro tank 2s and some sale juice.
